Using the website

This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or contact forms. The server may generate technical logs containing IP addresses, dates, requested resources and browser information. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting and operation of the service, and are retained for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Map

The homepage embeds a map provided by OpenStreetMap. Loading the map connects to the service’s servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information. The directions button opens Google Maps only when you select it.

Direct contact

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting relationship. We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle the correspondence and meet applicable obligations.

Rights and requests

10Sec does not create user accounts or profiles and does not collect data through forms. If you believe that technical logs or an email you have voluntarily sent contain your personal data, you can ask the data controller for access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
